Through the development of 18 topics collected in three modules that will allow self-assessment and follow step by step the learning of those skills necessary to acquire the skills that will improve the employability and entrepreneurship of people in all areas of their lives, both professional and family and social, placing them on the last two steps of Maslow's pyramid: recognition and self-realization. The objective is to change the concept of work to create collaborative ecosystems based on creativity and entrepreneurship so that they add value.
The three partners have extensive experience in tutoring for entrepreneurship working with young people. In our field of action we identify people who need the training proposed in this project. The proposal of this project arises from the need that motivates the constitution of BLUE BEEHIVE itself as a promoter and the consortium formed by partners who are aligned by identifying the same training needs in their regions.
MODULE I: THE AGE OF INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION
Deals with technological and self-management tools. High digital skills are required, the ability to act autonomously is another relevant characteristic (intrapersonal skills).
UNIT 1.1. THE NECESSARY CHANGE IN ATTITUDE. Self-assessment using a test such as the one proposed by Myers Briggs adapted to the characteristics for the skills that allow improvement in methodologies that foster creativity and entrepreneurship. Tools to acquire a flexible and adaptive attitude with a continuous development mentality.
UNIT 1.2. IMPROVED SELF-MANAGEMENT OF TIME. Using agile techniques and software that increases efficiency. Develop autonomy, motivation, self-esteem, efficiency.
UNIT 1.3. ADVANCED ICT. Learn to be an early technological adopter, an advanced ICT user. Know the scope of emerging technologies (industry 4.0, IoT, AI, robotics, Big Data, XR, Smart Cities, Blockchain, etc.). Acquire computational thinking. Take care of digital identity.
UNIT 1.4. ADAPTED CREATIVE PLE. Create your Personal Learning Environment for your continuous training. It is about selecting the resources and providers that you consider appropriate for your profile. Having a background in several disciplines is an advantage.
UNIT 1.5. METHODOLOGIES OF CRITICAL THINKING. Acquisition of a mentality that allows generating ideas. Techniques to unlearn and relearn. Focus to be generators of ideas that produce innovations and add value. How referent companies apply it. benchmarking
UNIT 1.6. APPLY CREATIVITY TECHNIQUES. Learn the different methodologies both to apply them individually and in team dynamics.
MODULE II: GLOBALIZATION AND COMMUNICATION.
Module II encompasses issues related to globalization, developing collaborative (interpersonal) skills. People who apply creativity to find agile and efficient solutions are required.
UNIT 2.1. DESIGN THINKING. Applying the concept of design thinking to identify opportunities. Learning about digital tools that apply the concept of design thinking.
UNIT 2.2. COMMUNICATION AS A TOOL TO IDENTIFY THE OPPORTUNITY. Learn to communicate effectively. Synthesize strengths. Ability to use technology as a tool to communicate effectively. How to use communication to be efficient in collaborations that are defined as essential.
UNIT 2.3. IDENTIFICATION OF USEFUL INFORMATION. AVOIDING FAKE NEWS. It is becoming more and more important and affects decision-making. By 2022, it is estimated that more false news than true news will be consumed in Western countries (Gartner - 2017). Select the sources of information. Software for surveillance, collection and curation.
UNIT 2.4. CREATION OF NETWORKS OF SHARED KNOWLEDGE AND NETWORKING. Collaboration is framed as a necessity for innovation and value generation. Creative work is fueled by collaborations.
UNIT 2.5. MAIN CONCEPTS OF THE LEAN STARTUP METHODOLOGY. Minimum viable product, analysis of business models.
UNIT 2.6. USING AGILE METHODOLOGIES. Applying Scrum Master in the development of new products. Planning tasks through Kanban boards.
MODULE III: DIMENSIONS OF SOCIAL CHANGES.
Encompasses issues related to social changes that must be taken into account by applying social intelligence and assertiveness in all areas. The intangible results will be produced in the organizations themselves, in the participants who develop the project, since they will improve their own skills by reflecting and being able to learn from the tasks carried out by the other partners thanks to the complementarity of the three participating organisations.
UNIT 3.1. SOCIAL RESPONSABILITY. Impact of activities on society. Make decisions taking into account social currents. Social and environmental impact are variables for decision making.
UNIT 3.2. USE OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE. Apply positive psychology in motivation, failure, frustration, resilience, responsibility. Working on the control of emotions makes it easier to focus on what is important.
UNIT 3.3. VISUAL THINKING. Learn the tools that allow improving visual thinking in collaborative work. Storytelling tools where audiovisual resources are more effective.
UNIT 3.4. CREATE SOCIAL SENSE. There should be no barriers or prejudices. It is about integrating talent, collaborating with people, sharing knowledge. Gender, age, interculturality are not a limit.
UNIT 3.5. PROBLEM RESOLUTION. Ability to decision making. Adapt to different contexts and apply different methods to solve problems thanks to a vision that assumes risks and failure.
UNIT 3.6. INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP AND MULTICULTURALITY. Management and integration of multidisciplinary teams. Gender considerations, interculturality.
